Overall experience was really good! Nick was our salesman and did a great job of answering all of our questions. He was attentive and very respectful of our time. My only concern was that the finance department was not forthcoming about many of the fees/services they added on at the end, such as extended warranties and a Resist All application. Those costs were just added by default and brushed over by the finance department. We had to ask about them to find out that $4-5,000 was added on without any notice. I'm fine with those being options, just be more up front about it.Overall, fantastic experience and I would recommend this dealership to friends and family!

Purchased a Jeep Cherokee on 12/29/21 to flat tow behind an RV. There were specific questions we had and Joshua Overstreet, was able to answer them. He was patient, humble, and cared we purchased the vehicle that fit our needs. We didn't feel pressured at all. Once we purchased it, he took his time to ensure we became familiar with the vehicle's functions. He also had us to download the app before we left and showed us the features. He stayed after his shift to ensure we were taken care. He exceeded our expectations!
