This was my first experience with the Dodge Jeep Dealership for an oil change. The place was extremely busy, there were two lines of vehicles lined up for various services. My appointment was at 10am, my wait time was about 1.5hrs. The customer service was excellent, the gentleman that assisted me was courtesy, patient, polite, and professional. Eventhough the wait time was lengthy, I will be returning in the near future for a next oil change because customer service was high quality.
