I had taken my 2020 Ram 1500 in on a Saturday for a problem it had with my rear window. On that morning I had an appointment for 8am and had dropped the truck off at that time. At 3:45 that evening I had to call to find out what was happening to my truck only to be told that it was not fixed ..I was fuming This situation was seen by the management team and they reached out to me and for sure they had it repaired in a very timely manner. That's how I know this dealership works 💪 👍👍

I was in my way to work when my cars power dropped and I was not able to accelerate. Lucky I was right down the street from the dealership. When I pulled in they were very busy but were able to take my car and information. They gave me a drive home and within an hour I received a phone call they were able to determine the problem. They had it fixed and I got my car back the same day. Very impressed
