The visit to the dealership was just fine. Except: The ability to communicate with the service department before the visit was not. Phone calls were not returned. I was limited to scheduling my service by internet and it was not until I was in line for service that I explained all the reasons I was there.

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. I was in and out in less than an hour. Very Pleased!
