Great job in a timely manner.

The experience was great as always but this time I had the Vehicle Alert come on on Sunday morning and I left for Key West Monday morning. It has been fixed before, I think within the past year. I also learned that there were no dealers available to do the work in Key West. I have a service call in for 8-3-2021 at the dealership.

I had a long block replacement done on my Ram 2500, overall the replacement went well. There was a few issues that came up after the initial repairs work but the dealership went above and beyond to make sure my truck was working great and all issues resolved.

It was a pleasure to have my Grand Cherokee serviced at Courtesy. Service staff is courteous and efficient. The work was completed exactly as I had asked, and done on time. I'll be going back to the dealership for my next service.
