I use Dealerships because they are knowledgeable about the vehicles I buy. I have used Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Tampa since moving to Florida 6 years ago for the Dodge I owned at the time. I now drive a 22 Dodge Durango from there, which they service when due.

The appointment didn't make much difference as it was a long wait for the vehicle even be looked at.Please tell service manager Matt that the work the mechanic did ( I believe his name was Jerry?) worked and the ignition is key switch is working pretty good now.
