I’m giving this rating solely on the fact that my sales person was new and needs a little coaching. He means well but, he could potentially talk himself out of sales as well. Constant conversation doesn’t mean conversion. I had a horrible experience getting through finance with a 737 mid score. I even applied online the day before to help speed up the process. None of this was his fault but, being in a dealership for five hours with what I brought to the table was frustrating and unacceptable. To hear that one finance manager quit, another was fired, and my current finance manager was information a consumer should not be privy to. This did not come from josh but from others I worked with. Josh did go above and beyond with his service to try and make things right.
