I was looking for a car in the Michigan area and they had NONE and wanted to except a car with already 3500 or more miles bc it was a loaner..not ..nope. So my sister called and said come to tamp florida to Courtesy Jeep and speak with her salesperson Blake. Well i called him on the phone and told him what i was looking for and within an hour he videoed a BEAUTIFUL 2021 NO MILES ( OK ) RIGHT...DID THE PAPERWORK OVER THE PHONE..FLEW IN FROM TOLEDO OHIO ON A SUNDAY AND WAS TREATED LIKE ROYALTY...BLAKE ( SALESMAN ) JOEY ( MANAGER ) LUKE ( LOAN OFFICER ) MADE ME FEEL AT HOME AND MADE MY EXPERIENCE WONDERFUL...ESPECIALLY COMING GROM ANOTHER STATE...I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY IF YOUR IN NEED OF A JEEP OR WHATEVER YOU OR FAMILY..FRIEND MAY NEED THESE GUYS ARE THE BESTEST AND I HAVE TO MENTION SARAH THE RECEPTIONIST SHE IS A BEAUTIFUL YOUNGLADY...I WISH YOU ALL GODSPEED AND THANK YOU A THOUSAND TIMES FOR MAKING ME FEEL SPECIAL...LOVE YALL..💖💞💖💞🎉🎉😍🌹😁

I came in for some routine maintenance and a warranty issue. Ginny was my service rep. She was great. Kept me informed of the repair status, and sent text messages to update.

Set up appointment through on-line assistant but dealership didn't have the information. Tech explained that sometimes it takes a while for the on-line information to get to them. However, they took my car in on my word that I had an appointment and took care of the problem.

My recent service visit for my 2020 ram was a very pleasant experience.. Brandon Whitmire handled my initial arrival and kept me advised of progress. A part had to be ordered and i had to return the next day for completion. Brandon and the teck resolved my issues and completed my service. They are an asset to your dealership and i do recommend your dealer to all.
