They were very hel[ful. Had to get my car towed there and it needed two new batteries. Great job.

The staff was great and the job done right, but it should not take 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.

the service on my Jeep was done quickly and efficiently...I waited at the service center, where I felt comfortable and safe. All the employees were very friendly, and knowledgeable.

The woman that checked us in was awesome but we shouldn't have to wait over 2 hours just for an oil change. That is ridiculous!

Our advisor Austin, was spot on. He told us what would be done and when our truck would be completed. It was done and in a timely manner, awesome job. Our second vehicle was a bit different They damaged one of my wheels. But they have ordered a new one and we are waiting for that to be fixed. But Austin was excellent and I would recommend him for service! Our second vehicle was a bit different.

Nicole was kind, professional and knowledgeable. She was my first interaction with Courtesy and she made a very favorable impression. David Montez, Sheyla and and Joey worked hard with me to get a price I was comfortable with. They were timely and patient with me. They made accommodations to fit my schedule. David was very attentive to my needs and I appreciated feeling valued as a customer. Prior to contacting courtesy I had been shopping almost 3 months for a Pacifica- in Ohio and in Florida. In Florida I had shopped from Titusville to Sanford, to Ocala, to several in Orlando area, to Clermont, to Lakeland and finally to Tampa’s Chrysler dealerships during the month of April. Out of all of those dealerships, David was only the second salesperson to make me feel like he had time for me. He listened to me and worked with me online and over the phone. I traveled from Lake Nona to Tampa for this van because he and his team worked with me. I appreciated the advertisement being straightforward. Locked was helpful. Pricing for everyone and potentially discounts for those who qualify were phrases I truly appreciated. I didn’t feel like it was false advertising. I believe the name of the young salesperson who walked me through how to use the various aspects of the van was Joshua Scutt (I called him Pennsylvania). He was also very thorough and patient with me. He taught me well and I made it home to Ohio being able to utilize most of the “bells and whistles”. with ease. The team was exactly what I needed to buy the van I wanted. David coordinated them well while they were serving me. The last gentleman I worked with was incredible as well. He took my check, gave me my registration and during that brief encounter I felt as if I met someone I could really enjoy having as a friend. Our conversation was fascinating and touching. I saw that his lunch was still in the corner waiting to be eaten and it was past 6 pm. Even with that he took his time and was willing to take time to make a connection. I applaud this team and I thank them for making the experience of paying you all $34,000.00 a pleasant one.
