I arrived at 9am and was to be finish at Noon. Six hours later Brandon, the service rep, said it would be a couple more hours and they gave me a loaner for the night. Contributing to this delay was getting approval from Mopar due to a confusing situation between current warranty and new warrant. Brandon worked diligently to get the matter settled and constantly keep me abreast of the situation.

It had been a while since being at the dealership to get work completed on my Ram 1500. Ginny was my service adviser and greeted me. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Ginny was able to get the truck in and the oil change completed in a relatively short time. I'll be back to have other items completed. Ginny informed me what service is recommended. Great personality.
