As always, Courtesy performance was great. The staff met me with a welcoming smile and were on point getting me checked in and taken care of. The crew was timely in updating me as to the status of my car. The only rub I have with the experience is the estimate for Factory Schedule A and the actual price paid was $80 higher; because the scheduling software doesn't recognize my 6.4L engine. That is a little disappointing and could be corrected.
