To be EXTREMELY clear; this rating is not for the overall performance of Courtesy Jeep. The dealership seems to condone a behavior from their male staff in service; of lesser treatment of women and minorities. My initial experiences with the service department have been ABSOLUTELY terrible and reaked of extortion. This is with regards to the AMAZING, THOROUGH, PROFESSIONAL and honest service supplied by Director: Angela Fletcher and service advisor Jami Carty. It is their prompt attention to my concerns that made my secondary experience fruitful. HATS OFF to them and your Service Team could stand to emulate their level of service going forward.

I will never go to another service department. I will never have another service advisor. Ginny is the absolute best. She is king boss, seriously she kills it at her job. I hope you guys are paying her at least like 2million a year because that’s what she deserves. When she comes into work I hope you guys have this big red carpet that she walks on because she’s a damn goddess. Every issue I’ve faced is no match for Ginny and her techs, I will legit never buy another car outside of that dealership because I don’t want to loose Ginny. In the history of car purchases I’ve never had an advisor so kickass idk where you found this angel of a women but hold on to her for dear life.

This purchased was from 230 miles away, great commutations online, email & texted. Once I arrived onsite the next day, paperwork was ready to sign & truck was up front ready to go. Did a quick walk around then signed papers. The whole experience took 30 minutes. Everything was as stated on emails & texts....all numbers were as promised and the business manager even made a call to get me a better interest rate then promised. GREAT overall experience, Great people.
