The service dept. was very professional, responsive and friendly. They did everything I expected them to do to fix my problem. The loaner car was a real life saver to have. I am very satisfied.

Service was great. Reason for 4☆s instead of 5☆s, AUX and 3.5 inputs never worked. Inquired about having it repaired was told it was over 36k mile warranty. Had 36869. Purchased from AUTOLAND in clearwater was told, would be covered by MFG no matter what. Will be going to car repair expert to have it professionally installed.

It was the first time I visited this dealership. I bought a used Chrysler Pacifica at another dealership. I needed another key remote. They had the part and programmed it for me. They were fast and courteous. I will be coming bask to this dealership.

This dealership is amazing. All the advises and staff are very nice, friendly and courteous. They are so good that I donot mind going from Tampa to Brandon for service of my Jeep Wrangler.

They spent a good week chasing down an electrical bug that no one else could fix. They only reason they don't get all 5 stars, is that they had to order me a new instrument cluster. The one that came in wasn't for my Jeep so they had to reorder causing an additional few days of delay.

Ed Seymour and Olivia from finance have done an incredible job making sure all of my requests and needs were taken care of. Both have gone above and beyond allowing for the purchase process to be as stress free and smooth as possible. It’s my second vehicle purchased at this Courtesy and I don’t see myself taking my busy elsewhere. Service department could be friendlier.
