Extremely happy with my experience here. I came in for an oil change and my tire happened to go flat while I was there. They were able to get me a new tire in no time! Brandon was amazing

They got my vehicle in close to the time of my appointment and serviced it within approximately 45 minutes. This was all done and paid for with a limited amount of contact due to the Covid-19.

Working in the automotive industry myself I can appreciate when an advisor not only does their job with a smile but I can recognize when they go the extra mile. All too often, advisors seem irritated and/or bothered. They seem unhappy at their jobs. I can relate.... trust me. All too often customers will take the time to write a negative review over and positive experience. I like to take the time to do both. My wife brought my truck in for an oil change and a tire rotation. We haven't been to Courtesy in a whole because of the way she was treated one time when she brought my truck in for the same services. We started going ALL the way back out to Dale Mabry to Jerry Ulm just so we didn't have to go to Courtesy. Courtesy lifted my truck and put new wheels and tires on it. When my wife bought my truck back to Courtesy this recent time for the services, her and the advisor discovered Jerry Ulm didn't put my lug key back in my truck so she was told they couldn't do the tire rotation. In disbelief that a shop doesn't have a dozen of these laying around, I called. I got Branon on the phone which, coincidentally, who was helped my wife. I explained my frustration their shop didn't have a lug key laying around to perform the tire rotation. Brandon stated he noticed he and I have the same exact wheels so he went out to his personal vehicle and retrieved his own lug key to use on my truck to get the tire rotation completed. Wow.... Brandon could have easily stuck to his guns and not performed the service leaving me to have to take it back to Jerry Ulm. This, while a simple gesture maybe to Brandon, was a monumental PLUS for him and the branch in our eyes. Brandon's actions made up for all the services mishaps we've had with Courtesy and wiped the slate clean. I will return to Courtesy for my services moving forward and to purchase my next Ram. Advisors like Brandon make dealership visits a little less painful. Kudos to you Brandon. Thank you for going above and beyond. - Dale Caruthers.
