I still have a few issues that could not be duplicated while they had my vehicle. Other than that their service was excellent as usual. Steve does an excellent job...AS USUAL. I will be taking my vehicle back in the near future to see if they can identify the clicking in the dash.

I purchased a preowned vehicle from Courtesy Chrysler in Tampa. Initially I reached out to them via the internet to see if I could come to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. Within 10 minutes I had two responses from different service members and also a video of the vehicle that had been taken on the lot after they received my email. I test drove the vehicle the next day and purchased it after some negotiation. Everyone I had contact with at the dealership was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. They offered me a free tank of gas and detailing of the vehicle. Several days after the sale they reached out to me to see how I liked the vehicle and if I had any questions or issues. Overall, it was an excellent purchasing experience and I received excellent customer service throughout the sale - even though the vehicle was a different brand than the dealership sells, and I lived too far from the dealership to be a possible return service customer. The service I was provided ensures that I will contact them again if I am in the market for a Chrysler/Dodge/RAM.

I was very pleased with my experience at this dealership. The facility was very clean. All the staff were very friendly. The finance department went over the entire contract. I was assured that there were no hidden charges. When I returned two days later to pick up my vehicle, it had been washed and vacuumed, filled with fuel. and was right up front to be picked up. Since I live an hour away, my salesman picked me up at the Greyhound station, almost 10 miles away. This is a customer service oriented business.

Everyone from the Salesman, Sales Manager, Service Manager, Service coordinator to the loaner vehicle delivery driver treated me with the utmost of respect and seemed interested in making my visit tops.
