Thorough, professional, courteous and efficient!

I got to my appt. on time to have a factory recall taken care of. I was offered a free ride, but I had to decline. I had my 3rd interview for a job later that day. My service person made sure I was not delayed and got me out within the hour. Thanks to that person, I made my interview AND got hired. I'm glad I wasn't forced in driving my vehicle unsafe for another day.

The staff was efficient, courteous and professional. I misplaced my wallet while at the service center and they did a great job in retrieving it for me. The shuttle drivers were both very efficient and timely in getting me home and back to retreive my vehicle.

The service was excellent and my service rep ensured that our car was serviced quickly.
