The service and repairs done on our Jeep were excellent! The service department was prepared when we arrive, looked everything over and gave us a timely estimate on costs and the conducted the repairs the next day. We were very happy with the work.

I booked my appointment online the day before at my convenience and was able to use a coupon. Pulled up and was greeted immediately. I was told there was a back up and it might take a bit longer. While waiting I had a cup of coffee and chips and too my surprise car was done before the expected time. Checkout was super smooth and everything was handled efficiently. In Ny I dreaded the dealership because everything took forever but here in Florida things move much smoother and faster.

Service was excellent as always. No complaints whatsoever.

Jami was really nice. I do have a quick question... the original estimate over the phone was $1100 for the ABS system but ended up over $1600 which was the price quoted by a non dealership mechanic who appeared to be guessing. It works have been nice to keep it at the original quoted price. Thank you, Tommy

Awesome advisor

The buying process went smoothly and would go back to the place should I decide to buy another vehicle. Their manager Christopher Chong was a reasonable salesperson. I am still waiting to receive the front license tag with Lexus's sign on it.

Jamie is a great service adviser. She has a heavy workload but manages to multi task and get things done. Pls consider giving her a raise for the stress and workload.
