Needed to have alignment done and had a low tire that didn’t stay inflated. Made appointment and was checked in quickly by Steven. Received notification that my tire was being ordered so not a quick fix but would arrive in afternoon and would be at no cost to me! Yay! The best news was that my Tire Warranty paid for itself so far, especially when my 19” tires are over $200.00 each! My car was ready by the afternoon and checkout was easy and cheaper than expected!

Service Department was great, quick in and out z Only thing that I was disappointed in was that the dealership doesn’t offer a free car wash after they are done with the car. But other than that it was perfect.

They don’t deserve a 5 star review based on my experience... I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and waiting for 3 entire hours... my service advisor did end up comping my tire rotation (for which I had a 50% off coupon that I didn’t get back..). It’s unacceptable to wait that long. Not sure if they are overbooking appts or are just understaffed in the garage. But I also know that employees need a 5 star review to receive a bonus at places like this and I that’s absolute horseshit... so here’s my 5 star review, because I definitely don’t think my one bad experience should effect employees getting a bonus/commission because

Virginia (Ginny) was my service rep! She is the BEST! I always ask for her when I have to schedule an service work. Ginny is informative and stays in touch with you with the most up to date information regrading my vehicles. Yes, I have more than one vehicle that Courtesy services. Ginny is a valuable TEAM member there!
