All was fine except the 1 week wait for the parts to come in. Jamie kept me informed and I never had to call for an update. I realize that parts supplies are dicey for all industries as I've had problems problems with some equipment and had to wait up to six weeks for them to show up. Good luck and thank you Jamey.

Really impressed with Courtesy’s service. It started with communication. Rob called me every step of the way to keep me updated on progress towards getting my vehicle repaired and returned to me. I tried the valet service for the first time...for $40, totally worth it. They showed up to my house on time (actually a few mins early!), then returned it to me the next day. Overall, really good experience that exceeded my expectations!
