Good knowledge and fixed in a timely manor

Brought my car for servicing on Monday 8/3/2020. Jamie Carty is my service person and she does a great job. Always ensure that my car is taking care and all servicing that needs to be done is brought to my attention so it can be taken care while I am there. a pleasure to work with.

Personnel were accommodating in every way.

Ed Seymour was a wonderful salesman and we enjoyed our car buying experience with him. He went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with. We will make sure to send any friends or family his way in the future. However, we were not happy with our interaction with the finance manager Katie Sardoni-Schoen. It was a Friday night at 8:30 we wanted to get home and I’m sure she did too but being there late on a Friday night to complete a sale is part of the car business. She had a bit of an attitude the second we walked in and didn’t get any better when we turned down the extended warranty. We went to the front with her to pay our down payment and it was declined at first probably due to there being a limit on our debit account. As I tried to call the bank she was rushing us ( didn’t even give me the chance to get a live person on the line at my bank) and said to pay it on a credit card or multiple cards so we could just get it done. We didn’t have a problem doing this but she didn’t go about this in the right way. We also left a paper on her desk that was ours to take home and she swore up and down we didn’t, finally got her to go back and look and she had picked it up on accident because it was at the bottom of a stack of papers, but then she blamed us for putting the stack of papers on top of it.
