I had an excellent visit , Jami went above and beyond with helping me out. She personally fixed a problem with my key fob that really was so nice to have done. she was very attentive. could not have been more helpful.

Took a little longer than I expected, but I was sure that what I ordered to be done was being accomplished. My advisor was very nice and kept me informed of the progress on my car. The waiting spaces were very comfortable. That made my time there nice as my car was being worked on. Oh yeah, the Father's Day special was very nice!!!

Seriously great customer service in addressing my concerns. However, I would have appreciated a conversation regarding my gripe or at least a detailed work order. Nonetheless, I was verbally told that my request was complete properly.
