We think Wade was Great and love our vehicle.

The service team was excellent they got back with me about the issues quickly and made it easy to give my approval for service. However, I’m upset that I have to pay $700 for something that I’m my car that had nothing to do with anything I did! The headrest popping shouldn’t be something I have to pay for because it just popped without there being an accident or any other thing happening to cause it!! That’s a manufacturer’s issue to me!! I plan to complain to Jeep about this issue as I don’t believe I should have to pay for it!!
