Service and comm7nicatio. From technician was great. Our bill contained charges that didnt apply. The car was not vacuumed or washed (when we purchased vehicle we were told every oil change would include car wash & vacuum) DISAPPOINTED to see it wasn't cleaned.

My service rep. was great. He told me that it should take less then a couple of hours, which it did. When I first dropped of the car, they came in and placed paper shielding around the car, when I received it , it was wrapped in plastic including the steering wheel, seat and floor. Great job, well done.
