When I pulled into the service department I was greeted by Ginny who immediately verified all of my information and what I was having done. She answered all of my questions before I left and she said she would call when it was ready to be picked up. ( She obviously made sure I had transportation to get home). After I picked my vehicle up, I asked her about a recall notice we received on my daughters Jeep. She looked up her vehicle in their system and said they had the parts there. We left my daughters Jeep overnight and received a call late morning to let us know it what complete. It was so nice getting everything taken care of within 2 days and every question I had was answered with ease and no trying to up sell anything.
