Went in for a recall, as always service advisor Steven Peoples was great.

It took 25-30 minutes to get checked in and it took 15-20 minutes to check out. I was disappointed and discouraged that no one from Courtesy Jeep was wearing a mask.

We bought a Certified Used Dodge Ram 1500 from Richard Reed. It was 90% perfect just had a couple slight issues which the service dept particularly Thomas service writer, was very thorough with my list of concerns and the actual tech who performed the service was outstanding. My 2016 Ram 1500 is a real cream puff now..very happy with this dealership!
