We we’re having some problems with our van and brought it Courtesy Chrysler. They gave us a rental, free of charge for four days while they worked on the issues we were having.

Brandon Whitmire was a real gentleman and was very patient with me. He kept me updated on my car and was honest on my possible wait times and options. ASK FOR BRANDON!!

Service was speedy and courteous. Anthony was very helpful and provided us with a loaner vehicle while ours was being serviced. The only thing that I can recommend is a courtesy vacuum clean and wash , especially for repairs under warranty. It’s a small gesture but goes a long way.

Steven and the woman who took over from him over the weekend did a great job.

The only thing I was not happy with was the fact that I arrived at 655 am and the doors were opened at 730am and I know I didn’t have an appointment having to wait 3 and a half hours for an oil change was a bit much.

Relatively quick oil change and the advisor was great.
