This being my fifth purchase from this store in the past year pretty much says it all. Thomas G. Murman, Jr. (my salesman), Josh Scott (general sales manager), Catherine Sardoni-Schoen (F&I manager), Stephanie (Receptionist) and last but not least; Mr. Fred Noyes (general manager) who puts himself in the line of fire every time I enter the building. I purchased my car November 30. At that time I had asked for a factory stripe option to be added. I paid and took the car home. I was told it would be maybe a week to get the stripe in and installed. 2 weeks later I called to check status. I was told to bring the car in. Upon arrival I was informed the stripe would be a few more days to arrive. I was given a rental vehicle for 4 days. Still no stripe. I took the car back over the Christmas break and was finally told the stripe had arrived. I brought the car back and got another rental. Several days later I received the car back. That was December 30. A long tedious process for a stripe. Additionally when I first got the car it was given to me in not clean condition. I was told since it had to be striped it would be properly detailed at that time. It really wasn’t ever totally clean. I was promised a full tank of gas on pick up and it was not done. Suffice it to say there were individuals who did very well. Alex on the sale. Paul on the striping itself. And the woman at the cashier rental counter were all very accommodating. There just seemed to be a breakdown of communication and coordination of having that stripe done in a more efficient manner.
