Waited weeks for a part to come in after being told I would be contacted once in, finally called about it and it had been sitting there for awhile with no call to me. Actual car service at the dealership was excellent. There was a mild lack of communication between service providers but nothing too extreme.

Victor was very professional and diligent. He appeared to be knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.

Service was quick and the current items that needed maintenance was completed.
