First time in with my Jeep Grand Cherokee for service. I came in for regular service, rotation of tires, a check engine light, and a recall issue. Brandon Whitmire was my service rep. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He advised me what would happen to my vehicle and kept me up to date on its progress. Because of him, I will be a repeat customer. Your facility is clean, comfortable, and I appreciate the coffee and free goodies. Keep up the good work.

This is my first experience in a Chrysler Dealership, and I can say without a doubt it was a memorable one. The staff was cordial, prompt and very supportive, they immediately attended to my needs and the establishment was both clean and professionally maintained. Many of the amenities were accommodating and made for a very unique yet very pleasant experience. I will definitely be returning for any of my maintenance needs and possibly the purchase of another vehicle in the very near future.
