My Service Advisor Jami Carti really went above and beyond in helping me with a warranty claim against another companies work that their mechanic did resulting in almost $5000 damage to my 2016 Jeep Patriot. The mechanic at my dealership Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Tampa also did excellent work repairing my vehicle... Thank you all.

Met all expectations

Everything went well. Did not expect 2 have the car done in such a short amount of time. The service person knew just what the problem was an how 2 fix the car and had it done an completed in no time at all. Thought the car would be there 4 about a week at least b4 it was finally done. Could not be happier about the outcome. I no now when I have another problem with my car I will no who 2 call 2 get my car fixed.
