David Phelps and all the Courtesy staff were all very helpful, thorough and responsive to my concerns and addressed everything I needed beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend them for vehicle service needs.

Everyone was very nice and cautious however we have one concern. We have a Jeep Wrangler Sport with 6000 miles. We reported an engine noise tick that sounds like the valves to us. The manager suggested using a higher grade gas. We don’t feel this was a satisfactory answer. We don’t feel a new engine that is intended to run on regular should have a valve tick. Since then we did try middle grade fuel and valve ticking is still noticeable. We are concerned.

I am 60 and have bought many cars both new and pre owned. Courtesy's attention to my needs and what they were went far beyond what I have experienced in the past. Excellent staff from sales to service to finance, what more could you ask for ?? They were great to work with and I will remember that !
