Staff was courteous and efficient in their job rolls. Only suggestion I do have is the dealership should implement having a car wash on site and doing a courtesy quick car wash after any services. Brandon Hyundai does this and I think it’s a great feature to have.

Service dept is always easy to schedule with and makes my apts fast and worry free. They are great at explaining the issues and always make sure to repair them if needed. Love working with them and glad I bought at Courtesy!

The service Director Richard and service manager Angie are the best! If it weren’t for them I would not return. My service advisor Steve Peoples has no “people” skills. I sat waiting for almost 5 hrs with no status updates, even when I sent him a text asking. Charley, the main guy in parts is “the best”. He went to check on my vehicle and even spoke with the tech to get him to work on my vehicle (it was there from previous day). Kudos to him!!!
