My 2015 Dodge engine needed to be replaced. I had an extended warranty and had recently exceeded the power train mileage. I called Courtesy CDJ and Vic told me to call Chrysler customer service to see if they can assist. I told him I doubted that they would help me. I was so happy they proved me wrong!! Chrysler covered the majority of costs for replacing my engine and agreed to reimburse me for car rental while repairs were being made. I was shocked!! I’m grateful for this assistance and service provided, as I did not have $5,000 to replace the engine. I admit that I had not been happy with this dealership in the past, due to issues while purchasing my car, but because of Vic and Chrysler customer service, my faith in them has been renewed and I look forward to my next Dodge purchase. It will be my 5th😀. Thanks again!!!

I dropped my car off first thing in the morning for emergency service without an appointment set. The service writer was able to take care of me right away and through good communication over the course of the day, (I had to be at work) we were able to finish the necessary repairs so that I could drive my car off the lot when I got back.

Smooth transition every one was nice and very knowledgeable about my vehicle ,my waiting time was longer than I expected . Overall everything was great .

I waited, it didn't take too long. The waiting room was nice, and the coffee maker was awesome.
