Courtesy is a service center by choice for the following reasons: the facility is clean; the staff are personable; I get original equipment/parts and they keep me informed. Just can’t better than that. Mr Spencer my service representative is top shelf a real Courtesy ambassador.

The service is always excellent, however I am disappointed that a dealership of this magnitude does not have replacement parts more readily available.
