Sales rep was awesome! Moe rocks! I would have given a 5 star but I was not super excited with 1 part of the process. Was offered 15k for trade, as he told me it was not worth more than that, but they came up to 19k for trade - and then I see my trade JUST LIKE I LEFT IT on the lot with a MSRP of over 42k and selling for over 25k. So why go out of your way to make me feel so under valued?

I originally came in to get scheduled maintenance done on my 2018 Challenger. I was approached by David Wissler, who casually started a discussion about how my vehicle's 100,000 mile warranty was about to expire in 8,000 miles. I truly was NOT in the frame of mind to even consider trading it in, but I listened. David explained the advantages of a new vehicle with a terrific bumper to bumper warranty, and how much I could possibly save versus paying for future maintenance on my current vehicle.It took a few hours, but I was eventually convinced that trading in WAS an advantage to me. Throughout the entire process, David was calm, personable, and never once pushy in any way. I appreciated his insight and patience. Long story short, came in for an oil change and left 5 hours later as the proud owner of a 2023 Challenger T/A, one of the "Last Call" Challengers!
