Best service experience

I called on a Friday to inquire about a vehicle on the website and Louis Crespo answered. I wanted to make sure a few things; 1. that it was actually the price listed on the website and no hidden discounts that may not apply to me, 2. that it had the features I was looking for (as it only had 1 photo on website), 3. that I could be approved online before arrival. I live in Mobile, AL and have been looking close to home, but heard I may get a better deal out of town. I called other dealerships, and the prices were different than online or the "salesperson" that answered the phone wouldn't take any effort to help. If Louis wouldn't have answered the phone, I was at the point of ordering a car off Carvana because I couldn't bear to deal with another dealership. From the time I called to driving off the lot with my new car it was less than 24 hours. That included getting a quote, being approved for financing, booking a flight into Orlando, and signing all the paperwork. I was okay with buying a used, but Louis got me into a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and I could not be happier.
