The highlight of our experience at Courtesy was David Montes! I cannot recommend him enough for a hassle-free, enjoyable, car-buying experience! We already knew the vehicle we were interested in and had been searching dealerships in-person, online, and making calls where we had interest in that specific vehicle type. Some would take my name and my questions and promise to "call me right back". Unfortunately, I had to call all of them back after waiting hours. David was different. When I was transferred to him the day I called Courtesy, I told him my questions and that I wanted a quote on one specific vehicle. He answered my questions, then created and emailed me the quote while we were on the phone together! We agreed to meet the next morning at 8am so we could test drive and hopefully buy the vehicle. That next morning, he texted me about 7:45am and told me he was there early in case we were also there early, which I thought was great customer service. Soon after arriving and seeing the vehicle, we realized that it wasn't exactly what we thought when we were viewing it online (no one's fault, it just wasn't the vehicle for us). We inquired about one other vehicle we knew was on the lot and David brought that one around quickly. He didn't try to talk us into the first one - he heard our thoughts and concerns and acted immediately to get to a solution rapidly. While sitting in and looking at the vehicle, instead of over talking and over selling us, he was asking us questions about our preferences and if we wanted him to show/tell us about various features it offered. He followed our lead versus pushing his agenda onto us. His listening skills are top notch! David's personality and his commitment to customer excellence really stand out. He's mild-mannered, authentically friendly, engaging, selfless, empathetic, and just a great guy to spend time with. We even stuck around after the vehicle purchase to eat hot dogs with him (they were giving them out on the lot that day). We left that day proud owners of a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had started talking to our salesperson Jay online before our arrival. When got there we picked right up in person where we left off texting. We dealt with Jay the entire way through and management introduced themselves but did not rush us or overwhelm us. Our first stop we were in a hurry as We had an appointment. They took care of us and did not make us late. The next day we went back and purchased the vehicle with no problems. It does take a little time to complete a sale but you need to have all of your options explained, which we appreciated. Over all it was a great experience
