We had started talking to our salesperson Jay online before our arrival. When got there we picked right up in person where we left off texting. We dealt with Jay the entire way through and management introduced themselves but did not rush us or overwhelm us. Our first stop we were in a hurry asWe had an appointment. They took care of us and did not make us late. The next day we went back and purchased the vehicle with no problems. It does take a little time to complete a sale but you need to have all of your options explained, which we appreciated. Over all it was a great experience
