I had a stow and go seat that would not stow and go because it had a cable broken and I had a door with a bearing that had rusted up and was hard to open and everything was taken care of and very quickly

Everything went great.

Started with online texting, so when we arrived our sales person was ready to go and had our information. We met a few people but primarily dealt with our original salesperson , Jay who was able to get our questions answered and work with us without handing us off and having us start our explanations and needs all over again

Car taken at appointment time. Estimated time was between an hour to hour and 15 minutes. Car was completed in an hour and a half. That was acceptable to me.
