Started with online texting, so when we arrived our sales person was ready to go and had our information. We met a few people but primarily dealt with our original salesperson , Jay who was able to get our questions answered and work with us without handing us off and having us start our explanations and needs all over again

Car taken at appointment time. Estimated time was between an hour to hour and 15 minutes. Car was completed in an hour and a half. That was acceptable to me.

Our Salesperson Mr. Gregory Wilbur & Finance person Mr. Dan Pipp was outstanding! They listened to us & was very professional. We agreed on a deal that worked for us.

Moe was very supportive throughout the sales process but i never got the documents / pdf files i was promised although sending several reminders. As it stands now I do not have any copies of the sales contract.

Steve was the service rep. Had appt. sat 15 min to watch employees walk around. service asked me to move car and then I asked for Steve again and he came out. I was told Jeep 3.6L had 6.5 quarts therefore $20 for oil change. Turns out it holds 5.9 qts. I was given the coupon price and $10 of tire rotation that was quoted as $39.99. Thats high. When I made appt receptionist told me someone would have to call me back about the price on tire rotation. she didn't know what it would be on the day that I brought it in. Hmmm. Maybe some remedial training.

My communication HUB went out and they also found a couple of leaks. I needed to get the truck back on Saturday and Matt made sure it happened.
