On each visit I am meet with happy and friendly staff. My service advisor Jacob Dillard informed me that my past advisor Jami had moved up. Happy for her but she was always excellent. Jacob did a great job and had my service completed in a reasonable time while I waited. Check out was easy and fast with even using my rewards for service. Thanks for having a great group of people working in service.

The appointment went smoothly. My ONLY issue was this:I made an early appointment and was prepared to wait. After being checked in I was told that the specialist for my car/issue wouldn’t be in for another 2 hours.I WAS provided a ride but would likely have scheduled differently.
