I had a great experience with Courtesy. My Sales Product Specialist Shawn Langley was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. I had to make a couple of visits during my search and he was patient and great at communicating through phone, email and text. We looked at several vehicles, over a couple of visits, until we found the right one. He also followed up with me as I was dealing with finance and service and made sure everything went smoothly.Once I found the right truck, the sales manager was able to give me a great deal on my trade and the Rebel that I chose. Finance was easy, efficient and laid out all of the options available. Even the service department was great. They updated me through the whole experience of getting my vehicle ready for delivery. I would recommend Courtesy to anyone looking for a vehicle. I was never pressured and everyone was helpful and understanding through my entire experience. The Bighorn I traded was a really great vehicle for the last few years, but so far my Rebel is awesome.Thank you to everyone involved at Courtesy.
