Richard was perfect. Form the initial meeting to the out processing, he treated me as if I was his only customer. We did have a small issue with inventory, but even that was covered without any additional discomfort.

First service writer was Sydney. She was excellent. Very accommodating and helpful. Apparently she was terminated the day of my return visit for repairs to be made. Not Good. Richard, (second service writer) was good. Did a great job of stepping in and getting my repair done quickly.

Advisor Steven Peoples was very helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable about my issues at hand. Kept me updated throughout my service visit.
