I brought my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica for a safety recall repair, oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor informed me that hat it would take about 1 1/2 hour. It actually took 3 hours but everything was fixed. The extended waiting time decreased the rating to 4 stars.
