Purchased a used vehicle. Had a hiccup getting a second key fob, but got that figured out.

Lerch Shawn is 10/10 when it comes to customer service. He immediately assisted in making sure our Jeep Renegade is taken care of. He is very knowledgeable and made sure he understood what is needed to make our Jeep is up and running as soon as possible. He did follow up by sending email and calling us to make sure we understood by explaining the details of service that will done. Bottom line we are very satisfied with service. Thank you!
