No problem ready on time

Advisor was great, but not sure why service worker would recommend a change of air filter and in cabin air filter when 2024 Jeep only has 7500 miles at a cost of over $150.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted warmly and the service took less time than I expected. I was advised of needed maintenance along with the cost.

Everything was excellent.

We arrived prior to our appointment time and asked to wait for our advisor. Our advisor asked what was the purpose of our visit. We had a rear view mirror that had to be placed back on and our sliding door of the ramp was not closing all the way. We were told the rear view mirror may need to be replaced and part ordered. Since I knew it was not broken, I requested to have the same one placed onto its mount. After service completed remounting we were told the sliding door would have to be repaired where the ramp was installed and explained why. We were pleasantly surprised, we were told there would be no charge for the remount of our rear view mirror. I want to say we had great service for three different service providers helped us that day.
