Vehicle was in shop for two due to only one technician was capable of working on an older 2005 Dodge Ram. Customer service did keep me updated on progress.

It was simple fix but I appreciated them looking it over and the restart worked. I haven’t had an issue since and I feel so safer driving which is the important thing. They did great!

everything was great, Jacob was fantastic, but I got home and checked to see if the tires had been rotated. Nope, 4th time, two with Courtesy and two with Mavis, I had the tires marked this time, so I know. One tire loses air, and every 4-6 weeks I add air. That tire never moves after tire rotation, so I know they're not being rotated, this time I marked the tires ahead of service. As soon as I contacted Jacob, he said bring it back and he'll make sure the work is done. It added 2 hours to my day, after thinking wow that was a good experience with the dealer today. Overall, I was pleased with the service today, but I'm going to have to verify every item from now on. Jacob was great, your people are very busy and doubt they have the time to verify every item on every job order. For me it's how can I trust a service department to actually complete work that normally the average person would never know to look for. My 2021 low mileage 34K, Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle will get traded in soon, a few months, sorry not at Courtesy. This was my second Pacifica Hybrid in a row, 2018 then 2021. They are a great car, but it's time to move on from Chrysler.
