Great experience!

This survey will be two parts: the buying experience and the service experience. The buying portion went well as we agreed on a fair price and the experience went well. The car did need some repairs and while the repair took a long time, the service department kept me informed. We are very pleased with the vehicle and would buy from Courtesy again.

4 because while getting an oil change, my air filter box was accidentally broken. That said I would give a 5 for the dealership taking responsibility and fixing the part.

Overall everything was great. The only thing we didn’t like was the low trade in value

It was very effortless for me even though it was a complex situation thanks to Andy. He was super accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, asked if they did anything similar to ford where they inspect brakes, top off fluids etc and was told no. Then after over an hour I asked what was taking so long and was told oh they check brakes tighten bolts etc. and that it was 90 minutes minimum. They sent a text and asked if I had questions to text back, I did twice, and no response. 🤦🏻‍♂️
