My experience was great! Better than I expected. There was not a lot of "back and forth" when purchasing my vehicle that typically happens at dealerships. I had to purchase my vehicle over 2 days due to children and time constraints, but I felt that everyone I dealt with understood that and never felt pressured to do anything that didn't fit into my schedule. Everyone made me feel comfortable, not rushed and pressured that typically comes along with dealerships.

My wife and I visited to view a vehicle I was researching and looking to buy. It took about half an hour for the vehicle to be found. It was located with a dead battery. We waited another 3 hours before we were able to test drive the 2023 Jeep. During that time, my wife found a vehicle she liked and we made a decision to purchase both. Another 3.5 hours later, around 9:30ish, we completed our purchases.
