Everyone was really helpful.

Matthew and the technician, i didnt catch his name, were topnotch. I brought my vehicle in and they worked diligently to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be contaminated fuel, which the documented and photographed which i used in my claim with Shell. After completing the repair, the check engine light came on and i brought it back. They immediately diagnosed an unrelated fuel purge valve that was covered by the warranty and i had my truck back almost 12 hours later. Very communicative and helpful.

I experienced Mr. Joseph Murray to be a truly dedicated Service advisor; offering clear concise information delivery; courteous and professional. On the other hand, the absence of having either a loaner vehicle was disappointing. (That's my reason for 4 rather than 5 stars).
