Everyone was really helpful.

Matthew and the technician, i didnt catch his name, were topnotch. I brought my vehicle in and they worked diligently to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be contaminated fuel, which the documented and photographed which i used in my claim with Shell. After completing the repair, the check engine light came on and i brought it back. They immediately diagnosed an unrelated fuel purge valve that was covered by the warranty and i had my truck back almost 12 hours later. Very communicative and helpful.

I experienced Mr. Joseph Murray to be a truly dedicated Service advisor; offering clear concise information delivery; courteous and professional.On the other hand, the absence of having either a loaner vehicle was disappointing. (That's my reason for 4 rather than 5 stars).

We also appreciated finance manager Dan, who patiently broke down the numbers to ensure we made informed decisions. Both Marc and Dan were incredibly patient and quick to resolve issues, especially when my wife wasn’t fond of my initial choice. The car was a birthday and anniversary gift for her, and she ultimately chose the steel blue Hornet, which she absolutely loves. Happy wife, happy life.

Andy Gates, my service adviser was truly down to earth and made me feel very comfortable. He walked me through every step of my service on my jeep with no surprises.

Made an appointment for an early oil change. Waited 2 1/2 hours for completion. The service staff was very friendly and helpful.
